Helping you achieve the smile you want

We use state of the art techniques and materials to change the shape, contour and position of your teeth to create your perfect smile. We provide a tailored plan to fulfil your specific needs and to fit within your specific budget. Smile makeovers can range from whitening where teeth are made a few shades lighter to full mouth reconstruction where all the teeth in the mouth are re-built to restore the dentition destroyed by dental disease.

Dental crowns are chosen to restore extremely damaged teeth by completely covering them with a natural looking porcelain dental crown. Gaps between teeth can be filled by means of a dental bridge hereby the teeth either side of the gap are fitted with crowns fused together with one or more other crowns to fill in the gap. Bridges can be be made from gold, precious metal, porcelain or a combination of these materials. The main advantage of a bridge when compared with dentures is that it is permanently fixed and will not move when speaking or eating. Unlike dentures it cannot be removed. Bridges can last ten to thirty years but this is dependent of proper maintenance and good oral hygiene.

Call Smiles&More to discuss the options available to you:

A veneer is a thin sliver of of cosmetic material that is used to fit over the surface of a tooth similar to the way that a false nail fits over a finger nail. Veneers can be used to cosmetically improve a tooth by changing its shade, shape and size and can also be used to fill in gaps between teeth or increase their length. We provide a range of cosmetic porcelain veneers and will agree with you in choosing the one that best fulfils your dental needs and aesthetic preferences. Contour bonding is a technique where the cosmetic appearance of chipped, worn or damaged teeth is improved by layering composite resin onto the teeth. For teeth that have a limited amount of tooth structure and where a filling would not provide sufficient structural integrity then an inlay may be used. We can mill out a block of porcelain to produce a prosthetic (inlay) that fits perfectly into the missing tooth structure. Onlay is the term used when this type of restoration covers a cusp on the biting (occlusion) surface.

Sometimes it's not your teeth that are the problem with your smile. Your gums can also cause aesthetic problems. People often lose confidence in their smile if they think that they show much of their gums. We user laser dentistry for gum contouring to treat these "gummy smiles". This is a fairly straightforward procedure that make a significant difference to your smile.

We offer a wide range of procedures to help you get the perfect smile.

What our patients say

Thanks so much for taking care of me yesterday. I got a filling. Every effort was made to make the process comfortable and pain free. Much appreciated.

Lucy

Having put off going to a dentist for 20 years, pain won. Claire was recommended to me, as I was terrified. Claire talked me through what needed to be done and offered me gas and air, which I jumped at. A 3 hour appointment was made and I will never thank her enough for the painfree work that was carried out that day., I have been back on two occasions and hopped in the door. I will be forever grateful that I followed through with my appointment.
